A TRIBUTE TO MY FRIEND MANDELA!!!

Hi everyone,

Last Saturday I woke up with terrible news. My friend Mandela had died. I knew that he was really ill and I also knew his age however, it is really hard to understand this world without his sight, his feelings, his heart...some people like him will never die in our world and in our thoughts because of his wisdom, his way of living, his compassion and his passion with humankind...Could you tell me what Mandela means to you???

This picture is taken in New York City when Mandela attended  an important meeting there. He was very kind and nice to me and I noticed that he was a humble person.

He made amazing statements that changed the world, that avoided wars and differences between people of colour and non-colour. He always focused on human beings no matter their colour, their religion, their ideology...so many things to learn from him

I definitely encourage you all to share your thoughts about this relevant man: NELSON MANDELA. if you also want to share some of his quotations, feel free to do it ok??

BFN!!

When I woke up and I saw in the TV this tragic new I thought: It's normal because of his age and his health but at the same time I knew that the world lost the most important person for black people. He gave his life because of their rights. He did things that nobody else did before.I think he is going to be remembered for a long time, people will never forget him. 5. Hello guys, how's your weekend?
The death of one of the most important person in the world always is a bad new. Nelson Mandela fought for the rights of the black people.
He was born in a world that wasn't have equality. He grew while we was learning that the white people was the best and they had all the rights and the power
He got one of the most important thing in our society...that the black people and the white people have had the same rights since many years ago.
If he didn't do this, how would be the world now?
“For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.”
    See you on Monday.(:

He has always defended the black people, specially in Africa, where he was born. He teach the people and also the world like no one as done. He showed that you can get everything what you propose and also that the world is equal, that there isn't a reason for treat bad black people. He was in the jail before he became president,it was the thing that he wanted to defend his country, so remember as once he said: "It always seems impossible until is done''

  8. Hi guys!
Short time ago I find out that Nelson Mandela die, he died on the 5th of december in 2013, I was very disappoint, because I loved how Nelson Mandela can influence to the people and can get what ever he propose.
Nelson has written a lot of books about the peace, the human rights and the equality between whites and blacks.
He contribute in the Apartheid, a sistem in which the people of different races were very separated and the white ones were looking down on blacks, they had places only for white people and where the other race can not enter.
It was horrible, but Nelson Mandela helps that people, and the Apartheid finished.
Nelson Mandela also said a lot of beautifull sentences, here you have some of them:
-A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination
-It always seems impossible until its done
-we must use time wisely and forever realize that the time is always ripe to do right
The people remember him like a hero
And thats all guys, ood bye!

  9. I´m sad because one of the most famous people die.
Mandela(madiba) was in the jail 28 years.
When Mandela out of jail was a president elected by the habitants and his first job was to bring together blacks and whites by a sport.
Managed to remove the apartheid. All of this things apareted in one film based of him, the name of the film is INVICTUS.
    here I leave some sentences:
-You have shown courage that few have done in similar circumstances.
-Where poverty exists, there is not true freedom, … The world is hungry for action, not words. I am proud to wear the symbol of this global cause to action.
-And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same

  10. Hi everybody!
When I heard in the news that Mandela died I tought that it was impossible but he was very old and it's normal.
Also I tought that all the black people will be very sad because of his dead and also because he was a very important person because he fought to get a better world and without racism because of the religions, the skin colour, the nationalities, etc.
He was 27 years in the jail but I think that it was unfair. He goes to the jail because he wanted equality for the black people, that is to say, he want the same rights of the white people for the black people too.
Here I put some sentences of Madiba:
-Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
-A good head and a good heart are always a formidable combination.
-It always seems impossible until its done.
-After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.
    Bye :)

    Same of his phrases:
-“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.”

  12. Hi friends,
I read this bad news on Twitter... I know that Madiba is like a father for the black people in South Africa, but in fact everyone borns to die and is better to spend your time between these events helping other people, as Mandela did. He has done something really unusual and praiseworthy, after being in prision for 27 years he became the elected president in South Africa. His main work was to put black people at the same level as the white people, at least in his country. Lots of famous people, like the current president of the United States Barack Obama, see Madiba as an example of self-improvement. The most important people all aorund the world went to the football stadium Soccer City in Johannesburg to pay homage to him, he deserves an independent chapter. Here you have two sentences that Mandela said:
·It always seems impossible until its done.
·After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.
It will be very difficult to have people like Nelson Mandela in our lifes, REST IN PEACE DEAR MADIBA :')

Hi guys!!!!! Mandela's death is a terrible notice for the society. I didn't met him, but I'm sure that he was an incredible person, who made a big effort to change the world, and he did it. When I saw how sudafrican people feel the death of his leader, I was thinking. It made me to raised again my point of view from the people who is helping and colaborating to change the world, and probably I'll also steem people who dedicate his time and some of them his lives to change the world helping the most harmed people of the society. Mandela said a llot of prhases and I like a lot of them, but I couldn't decided which one is my favourite, so I choose this two, that are my favourite ones :

If you want the peace with your enemy, you have to work with him. Then, he is your partner.

It's not brave this one who have no fear, brave is that one who knows how conquer it.

  15. Hi to everyone!
The first time I heard that Mandela died, I was like "No way, he can't die, he has to be alive" because since the first time I knew him I thought the he was a hero and that after all he has lived, he deserved one of the best lifes. Unfortunately, it was true, and it was really sad because he had done a lot of for his country and all of the people who lived there loved him so much. I think it was hard for them, because i Africa he was a hero, and everyone admirated him so much.
I think MAndela made one of the best things in the world; that was make everybody equal and apply the human rights.
This is really surprising, because in that years no one believed in that, but Mandela did. It says a lot of about him, and it means he had a really big heart.

He also knew how to pardon the white people that jail him for 27 years. I think all the people in the world are very sad about his death because he do more good things for us than for him. All people goe to his funeral and it's normal that all are very sad.
When I was watching the news, I saw that Mandela has died in his house at 95 years and I didn't believe it.

  18. Hello everybody!
The 5th of December, a very important person with a very big heart died; he was Nelson Mandela. When I saw on Twitter that he had died, I felt that we had lost a very big man, because he has done a lot of things for black people and for the human rights.
He has been one of the most important presidents of the world and I am really impressed about how a man can help other people so much, even after been 27 years in prison.
He did all what he could for combating the “Apartheid”, and now black and white people can live together more peacefully.
When he died, he was 95 years old, so he was a very old man, and he died in his house, in Johannesburg.
Some of his famous quotes are:
-“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”.
-“I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it. The brave man is not he who does not feel afraid, but he who conquers that fear”.
-“To be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others”.
-“After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb”.
-“It always seems impossible until it’s done”.

  19. Hi classmates!

5th December 2013 died the best man ever seen, died a man who has made history, who’s marked an era! 5th December 2013 died the great Nelson Mandela.
Madiba, as he wanted everyone to call him, fought for equal rights and a balanced society. He’s represented the peaceful fight. He was kind, funny, sensible…but above everything he has been an example of overcoming and humility. He has been the example that the PERFECT human being exists.
“After clamber a great hill on, one only finds that there are many more hills to do it.”

  20. Hi everybody!
Sorry Ascen, but I hadn´t got internet since yesterday so I cannot do nothing since then so I will do it now.

Hi mates! One of the most important people has depth!
All the people in South Africa is crying his depth, but the mustn't, because Mandela has said something about his depth a long time ago. "death is something inevitable. When a man has done what he considers to be his duty to his people and his country, he can rest in peace."
He was in jail over 27 years because he was defending the rights of the black people and because his ideas. it isn't just! What really impressed me of Mandela was that him forgave the people who got him into jail. It is impressionant.
We need more people like Mandela for change this racist world. I think people like him can change the world for another better.
There is a song that I really love because what it said of Mandela: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nbaXfafgF3U
I hope you liked it mates! Bye!

  22. Hi guys! !I am sorry but I wasn't able to post this comment before.
Mandela has made amazing things for the black people's rights and this made him enter in jail and when he came out, he became the president of South africa, and he forgave all the people who made him enter in jail. One of the best sentences he has said, is: EVERY THING SEEMS IMPOSIBLE UNTIL IT IS MADE. This means that you can do a lot of things you thought you wasn't able to.

  24. Hello for everyone!!!!! Sorry Ascen because I am doing this comment now and not before.
Nelson Mandela was amazing. He stayed a lot of time in a jail because his colour...
For me is impolible underenstand how can we do this type of things like shut in a jaul because his/her colours and his/her thinkings...
But after this the most important of Nelson was not that. When he was presidnt of South Africa he was the first that he equaled the differences between black people and white people despite that he stayed in the jail because of them.
This is the most amazing thing of Nelson Mnadela, he forgave all the nation to govern them.
