Merry Christmas

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

I hope everyone has a wonderful, joyous Christmas and a very happy New Year!  Enjoy spending time with your family and friends during the holiday season.  I'm sure you will all have a great break; so tell us about your favorite part of the break or a funny story that happens to you.

To get into the holiday spirit I've posted a link to a clip from the movie "Elf" (it wouldn't let me put the clip directly in the post).  It's a hilarious movie and the clip has subtitles in English so it will be easier to understand.  I also added a clip from "A Charlie Brown Christams," which is one of the most iconic Christmas films.  HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

What did you think of the clips?  Have you seen any other Christmas movies?  What's your favorite?

Animal Fact File

For this project you also need to have a written "Animal Fact File."  Remember: the presentation cannot have any words on the slides, only titles.  In this part of the project, you will write, in complete sentences, all the information that you told us in the oral presentation.   Click on the link below for an example of what this should look like.

PowerPoint from Monday

Here is the PowerPoint presentation that I gave in class on Monday about Unit 3.  It has the information that you will need to start working on your own presentations about a strange and interesting animal.  Don't forget that on Wednesday you need to bring 2 or 3 options of animals that you would want for the project.
